COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATES:

6/15/2020 - BlackLux is experiencing longer than expected shipping times.  We are having fulfillment and shipping delays by up to 15-35 business days.  We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue supporting our customers. We think that it's especially important during these times to support our customers to work from home however we can.

Although our fulfillment times are improving for some categories, we're still seeing longer fulfillment and shipping times than we'd like.  We're working hard to safely increase our capacity. Many products are taking 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page, so check back often.

5/28/2020:

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 7 to 15 business days is currently closer to 10 to 28 business days. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19. This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe

DELIVERY
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. BlackLux cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 21 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
All items that are labeled as "Limited Edition" in their description are non-refundable.

BlackLux shirts, hats and hoodies are noted if they are unisex sizings.
