COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATES:
6/15/2020 - BlackLux is experiencing longer than expected shipping times. We are having fulfillment and shipping delays by up to 15-35 business days. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue supporting our customers. We think that it's especially important during these times to support our customers to work from home however we can.
Although our fulfillment times are improving for some categories, we're still seeing longer fulfillment and shipping times than we'd like. We're working hard to safely increase our capacity. Many products are taking 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 7 to 15 business days is currently closer to 10 to 28 business days.
