BlackLux coronavirus statement – A message for our customers

We know this is a really strange time for everyone RN, but we want to continue providing you with a moment of escapism. So, we're doing all we can to keep BlackLux  here for you by following all Government guidance, while it advises online retail to stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home.

But our priority through this remains our staff and customers' wellbeing, which is why you'll see some changes to delivery options on the BlackLux website.

There'll be some delays to your BlackLux deliveries, as we've increased safety measures in our fulfilment centres. To read more about these changes, check out our updated FAQs below.

COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATES:

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 7 to 15 business days is currently closer to 10 to 21 days. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19. This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe

DELIVERY
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. BlackLux cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
All items that are labeled as "Limited Edition" in their description are non-refundable.
