BlackLux coronavirus statement – A message for our customers
We know this is a really strange time for everyone RN, but we want to continue providing you with a moment of escapism. So, we're doing all we can to keep BlackLux here for you by following all Government guidance, while it advises online retail to stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home.
But our priority through this remains our staff and customers' wellbeing, which is why you'll see some changes to delivery options on the BlackLux website.
There'll be some delays to your BlackLux deliveries, as we've increased safety measures in our fulfilment centres. To read more about these changes, check out our updated FAQs below.

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 7 to 15 business days is currently closer to 10 to 21 days. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19.
